The hotel is located in a great area close to the city center and the beach. Room service was prompt and efficient. The food in the restaurant was delicious.
The staff at the reception was misleading and unprofessional. They overcharged me and lacked respect towards customers.

The location was spot on, close to the action in the city. I also really enjoyed the prompt room service and the delicious meals provided by the restaurant. Plus, the beach was a stone's throw away from the hotel. I had a great time during my city break.
The price I was quoted was not what I ended up paying. the staff also seemed a bit misleading with their charges.
